Deep veterinary roots

We are a proud Kiwi husband-and-wife team with deep veterinary roots. Kathrin is a qualified Veterinarian with a PhD and German Specialist title, and Sascha graduated from the University of Munich with a business degree. Together, we founded and successfully built a well-respected veterinary clinic in Auckland. We feel passionate about Mānuka Honey and its medical use for wound care, particularly in this day and age when multidrug resistant bacteria are a concern for veterinary and human medicine alike.

    First-hand results in our clinic

    Our journey with Mānuka honey began right here in New Zealand. In our own clinic we saw first-hand how powerful it could be for wound healing, but we couldn't find a high-quality, easy-to-use application that met our standards.

    Mānuka honey wound spray

    The original Mānuka honey spray was founded in 2019, created by a passionate innovator who has since passed away.

    Reviving a local product

    In 2025, we discovered the wound spray had been sitting dormant. As Kiwis, we felt a strong responsibility to revive and improve this local product.

  4. Current formula

    Stronger, more effective

    We increased the Mānuka honey concentration to 25% and raised the potency to MGO 700+, creating what we believe is New Zealand's most effective Mānuka honey wound healing spray.
