The Site provides information about Mānuka Cure products, our story, stockist locations, and ways to contact us. It is operated from New Zealand and is intended primarily for users in New Zealand.

Product details on the Site are for general information. Always follow the directions for use on the product label and packaging, and seek veterinary advice where appropriate.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, related systems, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or overloading our systems
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy Site content without our prior written consent, except as allowed by law
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through enquiry forms or other contact channels

Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not create a contract of supply, distribution, or stockist appointment. We will respond as reasonably practicable; any commercial relationship will be confirmed separately.

Stockist locator information is provided to help you find retailers. Stockist availability, hours, and product range may change without notice. We do not guarantee that a listed stockist will have product in stock at any given time.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, design, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Mānuka Cure and protected by New Zealand and international intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

The Site may link to third-party websites or embed third-party services (for example, maps). Those sites and services are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 where those Acts apply and cannot be excluded. If you are acquiring goods or services for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act may not apply.

Product information on the Site is not a substitute for veterinary advice. If an animal is injured or unwell, consult a veterinarian.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mānuka Cure and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them re-supplied.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of how we operate the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
